He was predeceased by: his parents, Morris Roosevelt and Fannie Smith Milliken. He is survived by: his wife Virginia "Jenny" Milliken; his children, Timothy Milliken (Beth) of High Point, Robert Milliken, Jr. (Joyce) of Thomasville, Melinda Martin (Junior) of Trinity and William Milliken of Briscoe; and his siblings, Betty Bass of Fairmont and Brooks Milliken (Robbin) of Thomasville. He is also survived by sixteen grandchildren; and several great-grandchildren.
