It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Sara Joyce (High Point, North Carolina), born in Kannapolis, North Carolina, who passed away on June 10, 2021, at the age of 82, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Rowe Perry Murray and Gertrude McCreary Murray. She is survived by: her husband Dr. George William "Bill" Joyce; her children, Ann Joyce Reed (Clive Simon Reed) and George Timothy "Tim" Joyce (Sheila Joyce); her grandchildren, Alice Joyce and Will Joyce; and her brothers, Dr. Kenneth Murray (Jane) and Orville Murray.
Due to Covid concerns, there will not be a receiving at the service.
In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to Wesley Memorial United Methodist Church, Music Program, 1225 Chestnut Drive, High Point, NC 27262.
