He was predeceased by: his parents, Claude Roddy, Sr. and Marybelle Caroon Roddy; his former wife Jane Russell Roddy; his wife Jackie Duehning Roddy; and his siblings, Jerry Roddy Blake, Bonnie Roddy Daniel, Buddy, Mike and Leslie.
He is survived by: his daughters, Amy Meinecke (Terry) and Sara Smith (Eric Ashley); his grandchildren, Kylor Meinecke, Caitlin Meinecke (Hope), Shelby James (Trevor) and Terry Crawford III; his great grandchild Ava James; and his sister-in-law Carolyn Beeson Roddy. He is also survived by nieces and nephews.
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made in Thomas's name to Hospice of Greensboro and Crisis Control Ministries of Kernersville.
