He was predeceased by: his parents, Mariano Faria and Wanda Parmagiani Faria. He is survived by: his wife Helen Palsma Faria; his children, Richard Faria (Julie) of High Point, Robert Faria (Amy) of Thomasville, Leslie Wilson (Mark) of Conway, SC and Lisa Tew (Chuck) of Pinehurst; his grandchildren, Nathaniel, Arthur, Lillian, Willis, Olivia, Isabel, Natalie, Luke, Gloria, Fisher, Kissie and Victoria; and his sister Lucia Faria of Brazil. He is also survived by nine great grandchildren.
