He was predeceased by: his parents, Cletis Gregson (Barker) and Alfred Briles Gregson; and his brothers, Norman and Allen Gregson. He is survived by: his wife Nellie "Rachel" Neill; his daughter Lori Coe (Brian) of Wallburg, NC; his grandson David Marshall Joseph Coe; his brother Larry (Shelia Gregson) of Julian, NC; his sister-in-law Sue Gregson of Randlemen, NC; and his nephews, Dwight and Dwayne Gregson. He is also survived by many extended family and friends.

Memorial contributions may be made in Tommy's Honor to Hospice of the Piedmont, 1801 Westchester Drive, High Point, NC.
