He was predeceased by: his parents, Claude Lowe and Edith Williams Lowe. He is survived by: his daughters, Rhonda Gail Roberson (David) of High Point and Carol Ann Frazier of High Point; his brother Bill Lowe (Susan) of Florida; and his grandchildren, Cheri Leatherman, Corey Leatherman, Brian Roberson, Heather Fagan (Alan) and Cassi Leatherman. He is also survived by fifteen great-grandchildren; and four great-great-grandchildren.
