He was predeceased by: his parents, Manzell Ingram and Dorothy Watkins; his brother Rodney T. Watkins; and his aunts and uncles, Perry Whitsett, Purcell Ingram, Linwood Ingram, Richard Ingram, Marie Watkins, Mary Jeanette Watkins and Delois Ingram (Debe).
He is survived by: his sisters, Wanda Watkins Vance and Terrell Watkins (Richard); his nieces, Retonya Townsend, Niesha Watkins, Kenya Townsend and Breanna Leach; his aunts and uncles, Ernestine W. Gaines, Willie Mae Whitsett, Pamela Barr, Charles Ingram, Kenneth Ingram and Terrence Ingram (Terry); and his cousins, Tyrone Belton, Lynn Belton-Taylor, Troy Belton, Robin Whitsett-Hayes, Felicia Belton-Cohen, Devona Whitsett-Jackson, Kay Eaves, Gloria Lovett, Pauline Smith, Deron Dorsett, Gary Parker and Larry Davis. He is also survived by cousins and other relatives and friends.
