It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Wilma Ann Wooten (High Point, North Carolina), who passed away on January 11, 2021, at the age of 87, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Earl Kearns and Velon Kearns of High Point; and her brother Earl Kearns. She is survived by: her husband Robert Wooten; her children, Bobby Lain (Melinda) of Indianapolis, IN, Robbie Wooten (Julie) of High Point, NC and Melanie Ross (Doug) of High Point, NC; and her grandchildren, Tristan Lain, Ethan Wooten and Ashton Wooten.
Due to restrictions brought on by COVID-19, a small family service will take place at Wesley Memorial UMC in High Point on Tuesday, January 19 at 2p, followed by a brief graveside service at Floral Garden Memorial Park Cemetery.
