With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Elijah Barrett Rasnick of Hildebran, North Carolina, born in Nora, Virginia, who passed away on November 19, 2020 at the age of 98. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Newton Rasnick and Rosey McCoy Rasnick; his wife Margie Louise Trimble Rasnick; and his daughter Phyllis Kinder. He is survived by: his stepchildren, Allen Culley (Margaret) of Danville, VA and Marilyn Huffman (Ken) of Morganton; and his grandchildren, Carolyn Lowman, Loy Lowman (Linda), Jaimi Bennett, Michael Oxentine (Beverly), Tina Walker (Scottie), Geoffrey Storie and Mason Culley (Jennifer). He is also survived by Eight great-grandchildren and three great great-grandchildren.
