He is survived by: his wife Bobbie Reece; his children, Darla R. Allport (Simon Allport) of Hickory and Charles Ellis Reece (Lisa) of Morganton; his stepchildren, Sharon H. Chapman (Donnie) of Mocksville and David Hull (Kim) of Connelly Springs; and his stepgrandchildren, Jozland Reece of Hickory, Abigail Nicole Reece of Roselle, NJ and Nathaniel Reece. He is also survived by seven step great-grandchildren.
