She was predeceased by: her husband William Franz (Bill); and her brother Robert Earl Turner (Robert E. Gardner, Sr.). She is survived by: her significant other Shih Tzu; her children, Robert E. Gardner Jr. (Bobby), Yvonne Gardner Weiss (Dan), Keith Franz (Helen), Denise Russell (Charles) and Victoria Pritchard (Ricky); her grandchildren, Gabrielle, Evan, Morgan, Jimmy Jr., Daniel, Katie, Tina, Blake, David, Nicole and Jason; her great grandchildren, Simon, Lillie, Lissie, Anistyn, Graycee, Rylan, Halee, Brodie, Adelyn, Ethan, Kara, Haley Rain, Jordyn of NovaLeigh, J. W. and Banks; her siblings, Shirley Claud, William Turner (Billy), Herbert Turner (Carole) and J. D. Turner (Paula); and her sisters-in-law, Ann Turner and Helen Becker. She is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews and friends.
Visitation will be held on Monday, July 14th 2025 from 12:30 PM to 1:30 PM at the Parr Funeral Home & Crematory (3515 Robs Dr, Suffolk, VA 23434). A funeral service will be held on Monday, July 14th 2025 at 1:30 PM at the same location. A burial will be held on Monday, July 14th 2025 at 3:00 PM at the Jr. Memorial Veterans Cemetery (5310 Milners Rd, Suffolk, VA 23434).
