He was predeceased by : his parents, Charles Linton and Noami Linton; and his former life partner Burnadette Linton. He is survived by : his wife Vickie Linton; his children, Charles Linton III, Donna Linton McGee, Patricia Linton Vance, Wayne Linton, Scott Linton, David Merrit, Jenny Hester and Stephen Merrit; and his pet Cinnamon. He is also survived by 25 grandchildren, 22 great grandchildren.
