With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Clarence Carter of Hope Mills, North Carolina, born in Cumberland, North Carolina, who passed away on January 19, 2021 at the age of 81. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Garfield Carter and Ruby Jackson Carter; and his brother Garfield Carter. He is survived by: his wife Frances Nunnery Carter; his brother Paul Carter (Betty); his half-brothers, Larry Carter and Jimmy Carter; and his sister-in-law Shirley Carter.
