He was predeceased by: his parents, George J. Sizick and Winnifred Sizick (DuBeau); and his brother George M. Sizick (Pat). He is survived by: his significant other Penny Sizick (Glover); his children, Heather Clifton (Mark) and Heath Sizick (Janell); his grandchildren, Matthew, Elise, Samuel, Cooper, Faith and Ruth; and his sisters, Janelle Weber, Sue Ott (Ed), Diane Boks, Sherry Potter (Gary), Laurie Morton and Carla Cornelison (Rod). He is also survived by six grandchildren.
The family requests those who wish to express sympathy to consider making a donation to Dan's favorite charity, Alms House of Hope Mills, in Daniel Sizick's name.
