She was predeceased by: her parents, Willie Vance and Mary Icil Norton; and her husband Edgar Jordan Owens. She is survived by: her children, Billy Ray Owens (Bonnie) of Lake Gaston, Joyce Baxley of Hope Mills and Linda Crumley; and her brother Floyd Norton of Bowling Green, KY. She is also survived by five grandchildren; nine great-grandchildren, along with a host of other relatives, and dear friends.
Visitation will be held on Wednesday, June 11th 2025 from 1:00 PM to 2:00 PM at the McNeill Legacy Funeral Home (319 W Broad St, St Pauls, NC 28384). A funeral service will be held on Wednesday, June 11th 2025 at 2:00 PM at the same location. A burial will be held on Wednesday, June 11th 2025 at the Oak Ridge Cemetery (1019 W Broad St, St Pauls, NC 28384).
