We are sad to announce that on March 18, 2018, at the age of 54, Jacquelyn Gainey (Hubert, North Carolina), born in Albany, Georgia passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She was predeceased by: her father Weldon. She is survived by: her mother Patricia Bell Gainey; her brothers, Buddy Gainey (Kathy) of Hubert and John Gainey (Diana) of Swansboro; her nephews, Jake Gainey (Lynn) of Hubert and Tyler Gainey of Raleigh; her niece Kinsley Gainey; and also, Bella and Gilbert. She is also survived by numerous aunts, uncles, and cousins.

In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to Fishin' for a Cure, 7503 Sound Dr. Emerald Isle, NC 28594, or to the Carteret County Humane society, 853 Hibbs Rd, Newport NC 28570.
