He is survived by: his father Wilbur Phillips; his stepmother Judy Phillips of Jacksonville; his mother Rose Phillips of Jacksonville; and his siblings, Michael Cochran of North Port, Elijah Phillips of Richlands, Tammy Phillips of Jacksonville, Jenny Lollar of Mississippi and Sonya Phillips of Jacksonville. He is also survived by 11 nieces and nephews.
