He is survived by: his sons, Victor Bell (Jennifer) of Hubert and Morgan R. Bell of Clearmont, FL; his brother Lester Bell of Sneads Ferry; and his stepchildren, Tine Decker, Michelle Gast, James Whitford, Larry Fletcher, Darlene Fletcher and Charles Fletcher. He is also survived by twenty-four grandchildren; and one great-grandchild.
