He is survived by: his wife Cathey Cook; his brother Edgar Cook of Calais, ME; his children, Donja Fowler of Waldorf, MD, Christina Rhodes of Newport, NC, Ted Bailey of Indianapolis, IN and Nick Bailey; and his grandchildren, Blake Cook of Beaufort, NC, Brandon Cook of Swansboro, NC, Caitlin Bailey of Indianapolis, IN, Mackenzie Boyd of Dayton, OH, Emmett Fowler IV of Brandywine, MD and Wesley Fowler of Lake Worth, FL. He is also survived by six great-grandchildren.
