He was predeceased by: his parents, Ted Lacy Farrell, Sr. and Mary Marie Wiley Farrell; and his sister Pamela Cates. He is survived by: his children, Diana Deschaine (Thomas) of Raleigh, Dana Rivera (Hector) of Hubert and Ted Lacy Farrell, III of Raleigh; and his brothers, Eugene Farrell of Sanford and Kenneth Farrell of Pittsboro. He is also survived by eight grandchildren and five great grandchildren.
