She was predeceased by: her parents, Amos Gilbert and Sadie Gilbert; and her sisters, Ailene Frye and Nancy Burns. She is survived by: her sons, Keith Cannon of Hudson and Jeffory Cannon; her siblings, Douglas Gilbert (Betty) of Hildebran and Hilda Clark (Nolan) of Lenoir; her granddaughters, Brittany Cannon and Heather Hunt; and her great grandchildren, Adalynn Cannon, Cameron Hunt and Tristen Hunt.
