With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Geraldine Kaylor of Hudson, North Carolina, who passed away on February 22, 2021 at the age of 79. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She was predeceased by : her parents, Millard Smith and Annie Mae Bumgarner Smith; and her siblings, Hester Pennell, Tallie Smith, Thad Smith, Fred Smith and Haywood Smith.

She is survived by : her sons, Robin Kaylor (Jondelyn) of Hudson, Scott Kaylor (Linda) of Conover, Eric Kaylor (Pam) of Hudson and Lanny Kaylor of Hudson; and her sisters, Wanda Shivers of Lenoir, Rachel Smith Cook of Hudson and Beulah Ann Eller of Hudson.

Visitation will be held on Friday, February 26th 2021 from 1:00 PM to 2:00 PM at the Mt. Carmel Baptist Church (3555 Christie Rd, Hudson, NC 28638). A funeral service will be held on Friday, February 26th 2021 at 2:00 PM at the Mt Carmel Baptist Church (3555 Christie Rd, Hudson, NC 28638).

In lieu of flowers, the family requests memorials be made to Mt. Carmel Baptist Church, 3555 Christie Rd, Hudson, NC 28638.
