He was predeceased by: his parents, Raymond Jarvis and Lucille Jarvis. He is survived by: his wife Janet Jenkins Jarvis; his sister Judy Jarvis Parlier (John) of Birmingham, AL.; his children, Rev. R. Mack Jarvis, III (Lori) and Jackie Jarvis Abernethy (Ben); and his grandchildren, Andy Jarvis (Devon), Pete Jarvis (Jessica), Logan Abernethy (Chasta), Megan Jarvis Toune (David), Hunter Abernethy, Devin Abernethy and Zack Abernethy.
Due to COVID-19, a private graveside service will be held, and a memorial service to celebrate his life will be scheduled later.
In lieu of flowers, gifts may be given to The Toy Store Ministry of First Baptist Church of Hudson or the American Heart Association.
