We are sad to announce that on September 6, 2025, Arlene Ruth Lewis Vong of Huntersville, North Carolina, born in Cleveland, Ohio passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She was predeceased by: her parents, Hobart Lewis and Ruth Lewis; her brother Kenneth Lewis; her daughter Karen Toman; and her grandson Axel Vong.

She is survived by: her children, Cheryl M. Bustle, Sandra V. Crisp (Jimmy), Laurie Vong and Richard J. Vong (Ann); and her grandchildren, Brandon, Megan, Jennifer, Ryan, Ivar, Leif and Katie. She is also survived by 11 great grandchildren; and many nieces and nephews.

Visitation will be held on Thursday, September 11th 2025 from 11:30 AM to 12:30 PM at the James Funeral Home (10520 Arahova Dr, Huntersville, NC 28078). A graveside service will be held on Thursday, September 11th 2025 from 1:30 PM to 2:30 PM at the Sharon Memorial Park (5716 Monroe Rd, Charlotte, NC 28212).

In lieu of flowers, the family requests any donation be made to Atrium Hospice and Palliative Care Cabarrus or Samaritan's Purse.
