Dorothy Buchanan Obituary

We are sad to announce that on June 18, 2025, at the age of 92, Dorothy Buchanan of Charlotte, North Carolina passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She was predeceased by: her parents, Willie Turner and Carrie Turner; her husbands, Ira Buchanan and William Tullis; and her son William Tullis.

She is survived by: her daughters, Sheryl Martin (Johnny) of Charlotte, Pamela Tilford (Steve) of Statesville, Bonnie Kerwin (Ron) and Myrtle Beach; her grandchildren, Melanie, Shea, Carrie, Jeremy, Tammy, Candy, Tiffany and Rachel; and her great grandchildren, Thomas, Molly, Joseph, Sydney, Jeremy, Paxton, Kyler and Briar. She is also survived by her children, grandchildren, and great grandchildren.

Memorials may be made to St. Jude's Children's Hospital or Sunset Road Baptist Church.
