She is survived by: her husband James Dayton McKinney; and her stepchildren, Victoria McKinney Hamby (Rick) and John Derick McKinney (Diane).

“Glenna was a dear friend and neighbor to me for many years. We were both members of Derita Baptist Church, Allen Hills Swim Club, and the Red Hat Club. Glenna and Pansy came over to sit with my mother when she became bedridden so that I could go to the store. I’m remembering all the fun times we had and Glenna’s laugh. She had a dry wit and quick mind which she kept fresh by watching Jeopardy and calling out the answers! We shared many evenings and meals together. I miss her so much!”
