She was loved and cherished by many people including: her parents, Walter Cassel and Helen Cassel; her husband Fritz Hughes; and her children, Peggy Tosner (Doug), Michelle Thompkins (Shawn), Dawn Walling (John) and Eric Hughes (Rose).
A graveside service will be held on Saturday, November 8th 2025 at 12:00 PM at the Arlington Park Cemetery (1620 Cove Rd, Pennsauken, NJ 08110). A celebration of life will be held on Saturday, November 8th 2025 at 1:00 PM at the The Pub (7600 Kaighns Ave, Merchantville, NJ 08109).
In lieu of flowers, the family kindly requests that donations be made to The American Cancer Society in Lois's name—a tribute to her strength and spirit.
