He was predeceased by : his parents, James Zaccor and Martha Zaccor; and his brother Gary Zaccor. He is survived by : his sister Karen Zaccor (Alan Mills); his wife Kristin Largent-Zaccor; his daughter Brittany Salinas (Luis) of Huntersville; his granddaughter Camila; his nieces, Karla Zaccor, Torrie Zaccor and Allee Zaccor; and his nephew J. Austin Zaccor (Madison).

Memorials may be made to Duke University Medical Center in thanksgiving of the transplant department.
