Johnie Glenn Shields Obituary
We are sad to announce that on November 8, 2025, at the age of 72, Johnie Glenn Shields of Huntersville, North Carolina passed away. Family and friends are welcome to send flowers or leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
In the vast expanse of eternity, Johnie shall find rest, cradled in the arms of everlasting peace. And as we bid Johnie farewell, his loved ones carry with them the precious gift of his memory, a beacon of hope guiding them through the shadows of sorrow towards the light of a new dawn.
He was predeceased by: his parents, John Shields and Jerry Shields. He is survived by: his wife Cynthia Shields; his children, Christy Caudle and John Shields; and his grandchildren, Jaxson Caudle, Samson Shields, Emmy Shields, Tyler Shields and Ethan Shields. He is also survived by his family, friends.
A reception was held on Friday, November 14th 2025 at 10:00 AM at the Derita Presbyterian Church (2230 W Sugar Creek Rd, Charlotte, NC 28262).
