It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of Judy Diamond of Huntersville, North Carolina, born in Charlotte, North Carolina, who passed away on January 12, 2022, at the age of 78, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, George V. Burris and Ellen Moffitt Burris; and her siblings, Mildred Burris Morris, Johnny Burris, Jane Burris Parke and Joe Burris.
She is survived by: her sibling's children, Paul Morris, Pam Burris Thompson and Gale Overcash; her great-nephews, Wes Morris, John Parrish and Howard Diamond; her husband John; her sibling's children, Vic Morris (Gail), Curt Overcash (Darren Borrilez), Deb Overcash, Patti Burris Deaton (Phil), Andi Morris Wilson (Randy), Jan Burris Thomas (Keith) and Patty Burris; her stepson Wayne Parrish (Gretchen); and her grandsons, Caleb and Daniel Parrish. She is also survived by several great-nieces, great-nephews and cousins.
