He is survived by: his pet Pepper; his parents, Jenny Peninger and Michael Peninger; his brother Mickey Peninger; his sister-in-law Jennifer Peninger; his niece Violet Peninger; his aunts, Rachel and Sara Connelly; his grandparents, Jimmy and Irene Peninger; his uncle Jeff Penninger; his aunt Jennifer Peninger; his cousins, Hailey Peninger, Wesley Peninger, Gary Ray, Christopher Cochran and Mary Boger; and his sister Mattie Dales. He is also survived by many other cousins and friends.
Memorial contributions may be made to Shriner's Hospital for Children in Dale's honor.
