He was predeceased by: his parents, Wiley James "Jack" Funderburk and Martha Verla Blackmon; his son Larrion Lavonne Funderburk; and his siblings, Virginia Lee Funderburk, Delbert Harold Funderburk, Merle Luetra Funderburk and James Donald Funderburk.
He is survived by: his son Tommy Lee Funderburk (Lioda "JinJer); his grandchildren, Jackson, Tyler and Maverick; his stepson James "Jimmy" Loftin (Kathy); and his stepgrandchild Colby (Olivia). He is also survived by family members include numerous nieces and nephews.
