He is survived by : his wife Carolyn McIntosh; his daughters, Anita Childers (Jeff) and Wanda Helms (Wayne); his daughter-in-law Monica McIntosh; his grandchildren, Brandon Helms (Amber), Kevin Helms (Cassie), Carson Hagemann (Cody), Zac Childers (Laura), Logan McIntosh (Isabella) and Aidan McIntosh; his great grandchildren, Allyson Childers, Ryan Childers, Jackson Hagemann, Brooklynn Helen Helms, Emmett Hagemann and Elijah Helms; his siblings, Wayne McIntosh (Cindy), Hal McIntosh (Linda) and Wana Reamer (John); and his siblings-in-law, Tom Jackson and Diane Barnhardt.
