He was predeceased by : his parents, Charlie Wilkey and Myrtle Wilkey (Elders); his wife Irene; and his brother-in-law Howard Brown. He is survived by : his children, Debbie Stepp (Bill), Teresa Rhoads (Lowell) and Gary Wilkey; his sister Annie Mae Brown; his grandchildren, Misty Cope (Kevin), Melissa Pressley (Steve), Mica Wilkey and Marissa Early; and his great grandchildren, Madison Vernon (Kevin), Miranda Cope, Maddox and Mayson Early. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
