It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Carole Lillian Palazzolo-Salter of Jacksonville, North Carolina, who passed away on September 30, 2025, at the age of 82, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Carlo Palazzolo and Charlotte Palazzolo. She is survived by: her children, Kieta Stabley (Joseph) of Swansboro, NC, Linwood Salter Jr. (Lilia) of Mexico, Rebekah Williams (Enoch) of New Bern, NC, Paul Salter and Brian Salter of Jacksonville, NC.; her siblings, Kathy Dyer of Michigan, Carl Palazzolo (Laura) of Morehead City and Glen Palazzolo (Ann Marie) of Michigan; her sister-in-law Margaret Palazzolo of Michigan; her grandchildren, William Hunter, Seth Hunter, Charles Machado, Kiera Hunter, Brooke Stabley, Ashley Coffey, Helen Ellison, Jorge, Geraldo, Alfredo and Noah; her siblings, Nicholas Palazzolo and Constance; and her brother-in-law George Louie. She is also survived by nieces, nephews, and cousins.
A celebration of life will be held on Saturday, November 29th 2025 at 1:00 PM at the Christ Ministries (3327 Mobleys Bridge Rd, Grimesland, NC 27837).
In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to her church, Christ Ministries Whosoever Will Inc., in her memory.
