He was predeceased by: his brother Michael Padgett; and his father Wesley C. Padgett. He is survived by: his wife Glenda Padgett; his children, Emily Feagle (Steven) of Jacksonville, Kameron Parker (Tyler) of Sneads Ferry and Kacy Parker; his grandchildren, Harper Drew, Benson Ivey and Danny Gage; his mother Marie Padgett of Maple Hill; his siblings, Gary Padgett (Debbie) of Jacksonville and Myra Phillips (Jimmy) of Maple Hill; his parent-in-law Alice; and his sisters, Tammy Powell (Allen) and Teresa Prouty (Scott). He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
