She was predeceased by: her husband Donald Edward Brill; her parents, Joseph Phelps and Frances Sweet; and her sisters, Veeta Murphy, Velma Udry and Viola Phelps.
She is survived by: her children, Debbi Shaw of Jacksonville and Greg Brill of Jacksonville; and her grandchildren, Angela Brill of Jacksonville and Bryan Shaw of Jacksonville.
Visitation will be held on Wednesday, June 11th 2025 from 5:00 PM to 7:00 PM at the Jones Funeral Home of Jacksonville Wednesday (303 Chaney Ave, Jacksonville, NC 28540). A graveside service will be held on Thursday, June 12th 2025 from 12:00 PM to 12:30 PM at the Coastal Carolina State Veterans Cemetery (110 Montford Landing Rd, Jacksonville, NC 28540).
