Foy; his children, Shannon Foy of Jacksonville, Anthony Cline of Richlands, Sunshine Foy of Jacksonville and Jorene Schulz of Granbury, TX; and his siblings, Johnny Foy of West Virginia and Joan Snyder of New York. He is also survived by 10 grandchildren and many nieces, nephews and cousins.
