She was predeceased by: her parents, Edward Meadows and Elma Meadows; her husband Hermon Lesley Adams; and her son Clifton Ray Heath. She is survived by: her children, Brenda Baird (Danny) of Fayetteville, Kenneth Heath (Angel) of Trenton, O'Neal Heath (Deborah) of Kinston and Faye Avery of Jacksonville. She is also survived by ten grandchildren; and fifteen great-grandchildren.
