A celebration of Ms. Brooks' life will be conducted at 2:30 PM, Sunday, February 28, 2021 at Union Missionary Baptist Church, 5090 Richlands Hwy., Jacksonville, NC 28540. ***Kindly note that for the protection of all in attendance, current health and safety protocols are in place where masks and social distancing are required.
