He is survived by: his wife Jo Ann Goddard; his daughters, Amanda Hendrickson of Jacksonville, Nicole Walker of Clayton and Stephanie Martin of Jacksonville; his stepdaughter Shirelda Torres of Louisburg; his brother Daniel Martin of Los Angeles, CA.; and his grandchildren, Jacob Michael Shaffer, William Jared Walker, Makenzie Loren Mosman and Michael Thomas Mosman.
