With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Sandra K. Santiago of Jacksonville, North Carolina, who passed away on January 25, 2021 at the age of 66. Family and friends are welcome to send flowers or leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was loved and cherished by many people including: her husband Abdon Santiago; her children, Richard Heath (Ivette) of Hubert, Cassandra Santiago of Raleigh and Rachel Santiago (Jonathan) of Yazoo City, MS; and her siblings, JoAnn-Blanton (Mack) of Wilmington, Sue Willis of Wilmington and William Sanders of Wilmington.
