He was predeceased by: his parents, Charlie Foy and Monnie Foy. He is survived by: his wife Reba Foy; and his children, Debbie Ferguson (Kenny) of Siler City, Jeff Foy (Candy) of Jacksonville, Allen Foy of Jacksonville, Sheila Foy of Jacksonville and Sandy Harrell (Keith) of Jacksonville. He is also survived by five grandchildren and four great-grandchildren.
