She was predeceased by: her father Paul Ernest; her daughter Sonia LeJeune; and her siblings, Paulette Williams, Carlton Motley and Tony Motley.
She is survived by: her husband Carl Payne; her daughters, Pam Margolis (Owen) of Boone, Lisa Culler of Greensboro and Carla Saxon (Rusty) of Jamestown; her son-in-law Tom LeJeune; her siblings, Louise Washburn (Curtis), Joyce Yates (Roger), Donna Kivett and Virgil Motley (Linda); her sisters-in-law, Margaret Motley and Regina Motley; her grandchildren, Jake Margolis (Whitney), Dan Margolis, Hannah Avery (Cole), Ben Margolis, Emily LeJeune, Madelene Saxon and Gabe Saxon; and her great grandchild Asher Margolis. She is also survived by nieces and nephews.
