He is survived by: his siblings, Talmadge Blevins, Delbert Blevins (Sharon) of Marysville, OH, Delmer Blevins (Nedra) of Chillicothe, Maxine Horsley (Ernie) and Irma Holley; his son Jesse Blevins; his parents, Eva Blevins and Arthur Blevins; his stepmother Goldie Blevins; his brothers, Silas Blevins and Amos Blevins; his stepbrother Tracy Terry; his sisters, Alice "Katie" Scott and Coleta Blevins; his stepsisters, Lacey Terry and Ivalene Sparks; and his grandchildren, Felicia Butcher and Jesse Blevins, Jr.. He is also survived by children, Tom (Scott) House, of Columbus, Terry (Christy) Blevins, of Jamesville, NC and Tim (Diane) House, of Columbus, Marvin (Diana) Blevins, Steven (Keena) Blevins, Janie Finley, Raymond (Kelly McCloskey) Blevins, Valerie (Lovell) Butcher, and Rebekah (Jessie) Hayes, all of Chillicothe; many grandchildren and great-grandchildren and many nieces and nephews.
