She was predeceased by: her parents, Jonathan Eugene and Laura Alice Reedy Lewis; her sister Zenith Roten; and her husbands, Robert Faw and Truett Cockerham.
She is survived by: her daughter Kathy Elliott; her granddaughters, Missy Elliott, Ginger Joines (Mitch) of Warrensville and Karen Ham (Matt) of Lansing; and her great grandchildren, Amanda Johnson Washington (Tre), Ryan Johnson, Devon Underwood, Tyler Farmer, Jackson Ham, Autumn Farmer, Braxton Ham and Summer Farmer (Maggie Solis).
Visitation was held on Monday, November 24th 2025 from 5:00 PM to 7:00 PM at the Ashelawn Memorial Chapel (3470 U. S. Hwy 221 N, Jefferson, NC 28640). A celebration of life was held on Tuesday, November 25th 2025 at 2:00 PM at the same location.
