She is survived by: her children, Terry Hawkins (Kristen), Randy Hawkins (Ruth), Sandie Patrick (Ralph) and Stacie Whitley (James); her brother Jesse Blevins (Viola); her grandchildren, Alex Whitley and Anna Bullins (Vess); and her great grandchildren, Paisley Bryan, Emma Patrick, Lane Patrick and Everett Whitley.
