He was predeceased by: his parents, Clarence Jerome Reeves and Hazel Elledge Reeves; and his siblings, Linda Sue Boyd, Sandra Armstrong and Richard Reeves.
He is survived by: his wife Magdalene Shaffner Reeves; his sons, Michael Reeves (Lisa) and Timothy Reeves (Allison); his grandson Mitchell Reeves (Megan); his great grandchildren, Lucy Reeves and Luke Reeves; and his brothers-in-law, Jim Boyd, Bobby Armstrong and Dewitt Shaffner. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
