We are sad to announce that on March 19, 2023, at the age of 97, Lois Carter Harris of Jonesville, North Carolina passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, James Carter and Maude Key; her son Larry; and her husband E. L. Harris. She is survived by: her granddaughter Rebekah; her daughter Rebekah Padgett (Richard); her siblings, Dixie Young (Al) and Dale Carter (Suzanne); and her grandchildren, Kim Kale, Michelle Conaway, Finn Conaway, Stacie Mason, Mandie Padgett, Millie Padgett, Jordan Padgett, Lindsey Padgett and Sarah Caroline Padgett.
In lieu of flowers the family requests donations be made to First Baptist Church of Jonesville, First Baptist Church of Jonesville Library Fund, or Mountain Valley Hospice.
