She is survived by: her husband Joseph Franklin Welker, Jr.; her children, Katherine Wilkerson (Al) and Arthur Welker (Emily); and her grandchildren, Taylor Wilkerson and Cora Welker. She is also survived by nieces, nephews, and cousins.
